During a major Department of Defense demonstration, a single operator in San Diego successfully commanded a global swarm of 25 uncrewed surface vessels (including the Rampage USV) scattered across both the North Atlantic and the Indo-Pacific regions. The test proved the robust resiliency of HavocAI’s software architecture, demonstrating that large swarms can maintain mission coordination even in severe DDIL (Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, and Low-bandwidth) environments caused by heavy electronic warfare.
